• A parts-only warranty where defective parts will be replaced within 12 months from the date of purchase  (but excluding the cost of installation of such parts)

• A parts and labour warranty whereby the warranty will cover defective parts plus supplying of labour to repair the defective part within 12 months from the date of purchase. This can be done onsite at your premises. 

• A return to base warranty, where the warranty on certain goods requires the item to be delivered back to workshops for repair, the arrangement and cost of which is the responsibility of the Customer.

Goods are guaranteed in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty or for a minimum of 1 year from delivery unless otherwise stated. Goods reported faulty within the specified warranty period may be repaired, replaced or exchanged at CateringEquipmentUK's or the manufacturer's discretion. Parts and labour under this warranty are guaranteed in the UK mainland only (all highlands and islands are only covered by parts).
