The Modena Double Contact Panini Sandwich Grill Ribbed Flat cooks both sides of your delicious sandwiches at a time so you don't have to flip them, and because of its ridged cooking plates it does not only help to seal in the flavours of the meat, but also help to channel the fats that escape into the oil drip tray, reducing the overall calorific content of the food. This very versatile Contact grill is a perfect addition to your deli, cafe, bar, or foodservice operation allowing you to greatly expand your menu and attract new customers, a true multitasker!
