Q:I’m a new customer, how do I order?
A: You can order in 2 ways. 1.) You can simply choose a product you want to purchase and go over our ordering process in the website. 2) You can call us at : 0161 850 2499 (UK) or 1-800-936-078 (Ireland) and let our friendly Account Managers process it for you.
Q:Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Although it will take approximately 10 days to clear the funds before we can send the goods for delivery. Check is payable to CateringEquipmentUK Ltd and should be mailed to 66, Jersey Street, Manchester, M4 6JQ, UK.

Q:Do you have a warehouse ?
A:Yes, it’s located in Jersey street and you’re welcome to visit us Mon – Fri, 10am – 6pm. Its best to call before you visit to ensure we have the product you’re looking for since we only stock some items here.

Q:Can I pay cash on delivery?
A:Sorry, you cannot. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
Q:Do you have an EBay shop?
A:Yes, but not all products are displayed and prices can be higher due to EBay fees.
Q:Do you sell second-hand or refurbished products?
A:Yes, and in our warehouse we offer certain clearance items for the best value.
Q:Do you have any discounts available?
A:Discounts could be applied on orders that are high-value or multiple items. Each order must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis because of our on-going promotion campaigns.
Q:Can we lease a machine?
A:Yes you can spread the Cost Over 1, 2 or 3 Years. The payments are Tax Deductible – leaving more money to invest into your business.
Q:When will I receive my delivery?
A:Items in stock are usually delivered next working day. Larger items up to 3-5 days for delivery.
Q:Can you provide me with a kitchen design service?
A:Yes we can provide you with fully qualified technicians in the field to give you a design service that will maximise your space and productivity.
Q:What are your delivery charges?

Q:What is your stock availability?
